We can ship all of our products worldwide. Shipping to the UK is free. We also offer a free collection service (Plymouth (UK) area only). Please select 'Collect in person' option during checkout and we will contact you to arrange a collection if possible. 

All of our products are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked & Signed services. We ship all orders Royal Mail First Class. International postage and packaging costs are added on to your order during checkout. This delivery will be paid in full.

For deliveries outside of the UK, you may be required to pay import duty, custom charges or other local taxes. Customs policies vary widely from country to country so please contact your local customs office for further information. Please note that the payment of any import duties, customs charges, local taxes or any administration charges paid to couriers in relation to these fees, is for your own account. Compass Handplanes cannot be held responsible for the payment of any of the abovementioned charges.

Delivery of the product will be during normal business hours to the destination designated by you upon completing checkout. A third party courier may be employed for this. Unless otherwise stated by us in writing, delivery times are estimated. Compass Handplanes will not be liable for any loss or damage sustained by you if the delivery timescales fail to be met, as postage and delivery service is out of our control once an order has been consigned to the designated service provider. The delivery may require a signature by you upon delivery. Please ensure the package and product is in a suitable condition before signing for delivery. If there is visible damage sustained during transit please refer to our Terms of Service for return instructions. We retain full discretion for initiating all returns.
